Terms and Conditions

In order to the safe and smooth transportation process we kindly ask our client to observe the following requirements:

1.       The parcel must be well packed and safe when necessary. Parcels in packed in plastic bags are not acceptable.
2.       The parcel must be equipped by a readable label containing name, correct address and actual telephone number of the recipient. In case the shipment has more than one piece for the same recipient each one of the pieces must have such a label.

Example: The shipment contains 3 pieces. Piece 1 should be labeled with name, address, number and 1/3 (piece one of three). Piece 2 should be labeled with name, address, number and 2/3 (piece two of three). Piece 3 should be labeled with name, address, number and 3/3 (piece tree of three).

1.       If the parcels are not packed accordingly we can do that at our office for an extra charge of 2 (two) British Pounds per piece.
2.       Perishable goods and foods will be accepted for transportation on customers' responsibility
3.       Prohibited goods:

- Alcohol

- Tobacco

- Drugs and psychotropic substances

- Animals

- Guns and any kind of weapons

- Medicines

- Parcels violating the law

- Drugs, psychotropic substances in any kind of form, shape and quantity.

- Excisable goods: cigarettes / cigars / tobacco /, factory or homemade alcohol in any container, packaging and quantity.

- Medical / cosmetic / food ingredients and substances of unknown origin and content; homemade food without factory package, label and ingredients indicating the content, application and expiry date in English. Also a valid receip, invoice for the purchase is required.

- Firearms, weapons and ammunitions. * Exceptions will be made for a hunting weapons or air rifle and accessories purchased from a licensed stores, but only if the item is accompanied by an original document of origin (receipt or invoice).

- Flammable, fuel, explosive, toxic, radioactive substances.

- Materials, substances and chemicals of unknown content, origin and without accompanying document / certificate.

- Personal documents (ID cards, passports, driving licenses) and cash.

- People, animals and plants. * Dried / herbarium / canned and fabric packaged products (except drugs!) and stuffed animals can be transported.

Your shipment could be collected from a specific address in London if it is requested in advance. The term of delivery in Bulgaria is 7 (seven) working days from the departure day*.

* If the shipment is stored or left earlier than the departure day in our office the term of 7 days will take effect from the day of departure!
